Lead Residential Service Electrician
$35–$40/hr | Take-Home Truck | Full Benefits
About the Role
ZAM Services is growing our residential service division and we’re looking for a strong electrician who can walk into a home, figure out what’s wrong, and handle it start to finish.
This is not a helper position.
This is not new construction.
You’ll run your own truck and your own jobs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Troubleshooting electrical issues in homes
Panel and service upgrades
Generator installs and service
EV charger installations
General residential electrical work
You’ll handle jobs from start to finish and work directly with homeowners.
What We’re Looking For — Read This Carefully
5+ years of residential electrical experience (service work required)
Strong troubleshooting ability
Experience with panels, generators, and EV chargers
Comfortable presenting estimates and explaining work clearly (no high-pressure sales)
Comfortable working in occupied homes daily
Professional, clean, and respectful
Lead HVAC Technician — Ductless Specialist
$30–$45/hr | Company Vehicle | Full Benefits
About the Role
ZAM Services is growing our HVAC division and we're looking for a technician who knows ductless and mini-split systems inside and out — someone who can walk into a home, assess the situation, and handle it start to finish.
This is not an entry-level position. You'll run your own truck and your own jobs.
What You'll Be Doing
Ductless and mini-split installations for residential customers
Troubleshooting and repairing ductless systems
Walking homeowners through their heating and cooling options in plain terms
Managing your jobs to stay on schedule and on quality
Keeping a clean, professional presence in customers' homes
Making sure all work meets code and safety standards
What We're Looking For — Read This Carefully
3+ years of HVAC experience (service work required)
EPA 608 Universal or Type II Certification
Strong hands-on knowledge of ductless systems — installation and repair
Comfortable explaining your work clearly to homeowners (no high-pressure sales)
Able to work independently and problem-solve on the spot
Professional, clean, and respectful
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
